01 / RAW BOARD
Start with the right board
Choose the plywood or suitable board, thickness and laminate finish for your project. Share your panel sizes and quantities so the requirement is clear before processing begins.

Apply adhesive. Position the laminate.
Adhesive is spread manually with a 6-inch handheld roller. The laminate is positioned on the full sheet, ready for pressing.

50-ton high-pressure cold pressing
The laminate-faced board goes into our 50-ton cold press to bond the laminate to the board. The plywood edges are still exposed during this stage.

Trim the laminate overhang
After pressing, excess laminate around the perimeter is trimmed flush with the full sheet. This prepares the sheet for cutting into the individual panels.

High-precision, high-speed beam-saw cutting
The beam saw cuts the sheet into the panel sizes on the agreed cutting list, following an optimized sheet layout. Each component moves to the next stage at its required size.

Precision edge banding. A refined finish.
Our edge-banding machine applies edge tape to the specified exposed panel edges for a coordinated, neatly finished result. Discuss the colour, thickness and edges to be finished when sending your requirement.

What should I send for a quotation?
Send your board type and thickness, panel dimensions, quantities, laminate details and the edges to be banded. Add the required date and your location. You can attach your cutting list or drawing in WhatsApp.
Is laminate trimming the same as edge banding?
No. Laminate trimming removes excess laminate from the full sheet after pressing. Edge banding happens later, after the sheet has been cut into individual panels.
Are cleaning and packing included?
Cleaning and packing are optional. Mention them in your enquiry so the team can confirm the scope of your job.
Can I enquire without a final cutting list?
Yes. Share the drawing or details you have and discuss the requirement with our team. Final sizes, materials and processing details need to be agreed before the job begins.
